The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) posts an organization chart in Portable Document Format (PDF) for viewing and downloading.

The HRSA improves access to health care by strengthening the health care workforce, building healthy communities, and achieving health equity. HRSA programs make health care accessible to people who are geographically isolated or economically or medically vulnerable.
